New Booking Wizard - Multiple session mode
Multiple booking mode is designed to efficiently enter multiple ad-hoc bookings, which is useful where you have a child that attends the nursery on a regular basis but does not attend the same sessions week in week out.
Page #1 – Select booking mode
Page #2 – Select child
Select the child from the list, to filter the list enter the child’s name in the box provided, as you type the list of children will be filtered accordingly. If the child is not yet setup in KinderSoft click on the ‘New Child’ button to enter the change details.

Page #3 – Booking Calendar
The booking calendar makes it easy to enter multiple ad-hoc bookings, use the calendar control to select the day that you require and then use the standard session picker controls to choose the session, the selected session and start/end times will be displayed in the session list below.
Repeat the process for the other sessions for the child, clicking on the ‘Finish’ button to finalise the bookings.
To alter or remove a session either select the session in the sessions list or choose the day you wish to change in the calendar, the session picker will reflect the session chosen, set the session to 'No Session' to remove a previously selected session.
To enter more than one session for the selected day click on the plus (+) button.
